YOKA INSTRUMENTS ("the App") is a music instrument application developed by Twelvetone Inc. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Data Collection

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No user accounts or registration required
• No analytics or tracking
• No data sent to external servers
• No cookies or local tracking identifiers

Camera Usage

The SCANBIENT feature uses the device camera to generate music from visual input. Camera data is:

• Processed entirely on-device in real time
• Never recorded, stored, or transmitted
• Used solely as a trigger for sound generation
• Discarded immediately after each frame is processed

Camera access is optional and only activated when you open the SCANBIENT instrument and grant permission.

Location Usage

The ASTROCHIME feature may use your location to display a star chart of the southern sky at your current position. Location data is:

• Processed entirely on-device
• Never stored or transmitted
• Used solely for star chart calculation

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for premium instruments. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. The App is suitable for all ages.
